  • National/Inter-State Orders: Processed and dispatched from our Raichur warehouse within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

2. Delivery Timelines & Modes

We offer two primary modes of delivery based on your location to ensure maximum convenience:

  • Hyper-Local Delivery (Raichur City Limits): We are proud to offer lightning-fast delivery within Raichur. If your delivery address is within the Raichur city limits, your order will be delivered directly to your doorstep within 4 hours of order confirmation.

  • National / Inter-State Delivery (Rest of India): For orders outside Raichur and across other states in India, we partner with reliable, trusted national courier services. Your order will safely reach you within 5 business days from the date of dispatch.

3. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping charges for your specific order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you make any payment.

  • COD Availability: Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not always available. The option for COD strictly depends on your delivery PIN code and our courier partners’ serviceability in your area.

  • COD Fees: Where COD is available as a payment method, it may attract a nominal handling fee, which will be shown to you transparently during the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking

You can often track national packages through reliable external postal services like India Post.

5. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Packages

  • Local (4-Hour): Our delivery agent will call you before arriving. If you are unavailable to collect the package, we will attempt delivery one more time later in the day.

  • National (5-Day): Our courier partners will make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If you are unavailable, the package will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be securely initiated.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you notice that the package is unsealed, torn, or badly damaged at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the order and immediately contact our support team. Do not open the package. We will arrange a fresh replacement for you as quickly as possible.
